Ordering online Select the items you would like to buy, choose the size and quantity you would like and click ‘add to basket’. The number of items in your basket and the total value of your selected items are displayed on the top of every page. You will have the option to review and amend your shopping basket at any stage. Once you are happy with your shopping basket, click on ‘Checkout’ You will be asked for your details, asked to select a postage option (see below) and asked to select a method of payment: credit/debit card or cheque (your order will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared which may take up to 5 working days). Please note, we do not accept cash by post. We will send you an e-mail confirmation and inform you when it has been dispatched. Please note that all options require a signature on delivery. First Class All shipments to the Next Day A next day service is also available to Orders must be received by 1pm to use this special delivery service. Delivery to A flat rate of £5.99 for each order to all European addresses (including International Deliveries A flat rate of £10.99 is chargeable for each order. Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, please telephone 07966 078331 prior to dispatch of goods. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in Returns Policy. Please note that once an order has been processed we issue a confirmation e-mail. Returns Policy You can return your order for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please follow the procedure below. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s). We recommend that you return the goods by Recorded Delivery. We will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit back to us. If the item you have received is faulty we will refund the cost of return postage. All items are checked thoroughly before we send them to you. We will only accept returns that are in perfect condition and unworn. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please give us a call and we can confirm that we have your size in stock and we can put the item back for you until we receive your original order back.
