mili b has been created by Emma Webb and Vicky Fraser, two friends and mummys based in Devon who struggled to find knickers that were as special and fun as the clothes now available. With the help of their daughters Isabella, Mia Lili and Anni Rose, they decided to create their own with the launch of their first collection ‘bottom chic’.
